What payment methods do you accept?
Secure Visa, Master Card or e-Check through PayPal. I also accept money orders and cashier's checks. Payment is expected within 7 days. I also accept Google checkout.
I do not accept personal checks.
Do You Send An Email When An Order Is Placed?
YES, I will email you when I receive your order but it doesnt end there. I will notify you upon receipt of payment and provide you with the shipping date of your item. You will also receive a Delivery Confirmation tracking number for your package(s). I want you to have your purchase ASAP. Please contact me when you receive your purchase. Remember no transaction is final until you have your item in hand and are pleased with your purchase!
How Do You Pack Breakables?
I take pride in my packing techniques! All fragile items are wrapped in tissue paper, bubble wrap and place in box with
packing peanuts. When necessary items are double boxed, for added protection, and sent by priority mail as I believe
that class of mailing receives better handling by the post office.
How Do You Ship?
All packages are shipped via Priority Mail from zip code #92587. Shipping is based on weight and zip code. Shipping fees shown are maximum fees (from CA to the East Coast). Without a shipping calculator there is no way to provide accurate shipping information on the listing page. Shipping will not be more, but could be less than the maximum shown depending on your post office zone. Email me, with your zip code, for accurate shipping costs.
Is Delivery Guaranteed?
YES. Your purchase is guaranteed to arrive intact and packed well enough to withstand normal handling from the postal service. Your $5 item will be packed just as carefully as your more expensive purchase. I do personally insure all items, or combinations, that are priced over $15.00.
In the rare case of breakage or loss you will need to contact me immediately. Please keep the box, contents, and all of the original packaging material until you are contacted by the insurance company DSI.
Do You Offer Combine Shipping?
We are happy to combine multiple purchases to save on shipping whenever it is possible. Combine shipping may be impossible at time for fragile items must have room and need to fit into a box safely. If you want to combine purchases please check with me, before you buy, to see if it is possible. In order to take advantage of this discount, you must pay for all your items at the same time. Once a payment has been processed, you cannot add additional purchases to the order. If you purchase multiple items, the combined shipping fees, based on weight, will be invoiced to you. If you pay full shipping before receiving that combined invoice you will receive a refund for any overpayment of fees. This refund may be sent after your package has shipped.
Do You Charge A Handling Fee?
YES. A handling fee is included in the shipping charges for all orders. The minimal fee helps to cover a portion of the costs for gasoline, delivery confirmation, packing peanuts and bubble wrap. It also pays the insurance fee for all orders or combined orders that total over $15.00. The fee is already included in the price quoted and will not be added as an additional charge after purchase.

Refunds & returns are allowed as Customer Satisfaction is my top priority. Refund of purchase price guaranteed but buyer must notify seller within 3 days of receiving the item. Item must be returned within 7 business days of initial receipt. I will refund 100% of the purchase price of the returned item which must be in its original condition. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
